Naples Park is a single family beach neighborhood that is on the upside of growth.  It was originally developed in the ‘50s and, at that time, was considered out of the way. 

As the Naples area grew Naples Park became centrally located and highly desirable.  Its proximity to the beach, the Ritz Carlton, Delnor Wiggins State Park, the Philharmonic, Waterside Shops, and all that Naples has to offer can’t be beat. 

Historically, Naples Park was a working class community.  In recent years, however, the great location has begun attracting the more affluent.  As you drive through the neighborhood you will see many homes being renovated, and new ones being built where older ones once stood  (Map Naples Park)
